GENERAL REPAIRS
Even the best built homes need repair from time to time. Don't be fooled into thinking all damage needs to be rebuilt, sometimes a good repair can do the job at a fraction of the budget!

Project Name
This column had nearly rotted away at the base. The damaged wood was removed and prepped with wood hardener to strengthen the existing wood and prep it for repair.
Large gaps were filled with wood and the remainder with a two part epoxy wood filler. After a good sanding and caulking, this repair which would have cost a few thousand dollars and a weeks worth of work, was finished in a day.
